Cancellation Policy:
- Users may cancel a transaction on the platform at any time before the commencement of the learning session.
- Cancellation requests made after the commencement of the learning session may not be entertained.
- SCANPICK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any transaction or learning session if it violates the terms of service or community guidelines.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
a. In the event of technical difficulties preventing the completion of a learning session, upon verification by SCANPICK PRIVATE LIMITED.
b. If the tutor fails to attend a scheduled learning session without prior notice, resulting in inconvenience to the student.
c. If the quality of the learning material provided by the tutor significantly deviates from the description or expectations.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the completion of the learning session.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
- SCANPICK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to withhold or refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of a dispute between a tutor and a student regarding the quality or completion of a learning session, both parties are encouraged to communicate and resolve the issue amicably.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, SCANPICK PRIVATE LIMITED may intervene and make a final decision based on the evidence provided by both parties.
Warranty:
- SCANPICK PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide any warranty for the content or outcomes of the learning sessions facilitated through its platform.
- Any warranties or guarantees offered by individual tutors are their sole responsibility and do not represent SCANPICK PRIVATE LIMITED.
By using our platform, you agree to abide by the terms of this refund and cancellation policy. SCANPICK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
